![]() ![]() My favorite answer to hate is "your party was just bad, shouldve had a better comp" Like obviously crits, stuns, and all that dont care how good your party is. So far ive seen some really trashcan answers like "its okay to die" like yeah but obviously you dont want to go dying. So i want some general advice on how to deal with it. Like my characters refusing to eat after being afflicted just to be taunted by another party member and suffer a fatal heart attack. Like im talking 3 heroes getting diseased, critted, and ultimately slowed in one turn (the disease was the -4 speed one) and like these astronomically rare things are happening. If the OP is having issues with her stressing out on him it's safer not to test his luck in longer runs if she's picking up an affliction in the nightmare, until he runs the nightmares out.Alright so recently ive been playing some DD and a lot of really bad RNG has been happening. ![]() Right, but if things don't go great in the Nightmare, she'll often end up Afflicted, and it's easier to finish out a Medium one with her freaking out that way than a Long one. So in a way, it can actually be more advantageous to do Long Runs (unless they're long dark runs, in which case I hope you brought your moon cloaks, rings, etc.) ![]() I don't believe you can have 2 of the Nightmares in the same dungeon, and if you successfully complete the Nightmare you get a buff to stress resistance above and beyond any camping buffs, that lasts for the entirety of the dungeon. She'll usually end up Afflicted by that's not a huge deal on a Medium length. Long runs won't end well, but you can definitely use Mediums to get through the nightmares and still succeed on the run.
